Shipping & Policies

All sales are final. We accept returns or exchange, for items damaged in transit. 

Refunds and Exchanges 
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 3 days of receiving the order at to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase of your item. 

Non-Returnable Items: Event Tickets

You will automatically receive a tracking number once the label has been printed, Due to the volume of packages leaving our shop and new procedures the shipping companies follow, please give a few days for your item to be scanned in and recieve the shipping update.
